Increase production efficiency through the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies in terms of software and computer equipment, which are essential for the sustainability of the Company’s future growth, enhancing its competitiveness within the market;
Launch new and innovative brands and concepts with high added value and market differentiators, in order to better respond to customer preferences and emergent consumer patterns;
Ensure maximum levels of quality and food safety, through the adoption of best practices and control measures;
Strengthen its position in international markets, attracting new customers while consolidating its presence among current customers, based on the availability of innovative solutions, quality service, and the guarantee of responsiveness.
Acquisition of important tools to support the development of new organizational and managerial processes, based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Sales Support and Internal Communication software, as well as the appropriate hardware, affording the integration of new solutions;
Increasing the notoriety and appeal of the Company’s products, by rebranding two of its brands, alongside the conception of a new brand designed to meet both the preferences and expectations of the contemporary consumer;
Conception and design of new bottles, as a means of strengthening product communication as well as the Company’s market positioning;
Promotion of web presence, through hiring specialized services focused on the creation of websites, as well as dissemination of web content featuring the Company’s products and brands online;
Emphasizing Food Safety Certification, ensuring the adoption of best practices and control methods, safety, and quality in the context of its commercial sector;
Hiring new technical staff specialized in Quality Control, in order to ensure top quality standards.
